Lost Property

Lost Property enquiries should be directed to our Control room.  Call 01592 758693 and select option 1.

Customer Toilets

Our toilets are located at both Marchmont Gate and Kintyre Gate, also providing disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

Cash Machines
We have a number of cash machines throughout the shopping centre, all available at the various banks and building societies.

Free WiFi
A free wireless internet service is provided throughout the mall, simply log-on, search for our FREE BT wifi and surf whilst you shop with us.
You will be required to provide your details when first using the service, but will be remembered during following visits

Fife Shopmobility
Facilities include the loan of manual and electric wheelchairs and electric scooters as well as an assisted shopping service.
There’s no charge for the service but a donation box is on hand as Fife Shopmobility Ltd is a recognised charity and relies on donations to help with running costs.

10 Shopmobility parking spaces are available for customers, in addition to designated blue badge holder spaces within the Kingdom Shopping Centre’s car parks.

On your first visit you’ll be asked to register with the service, where two separate forms of identification showing your home address will be required.
Advance booking is recommended and this can be done direct on 01592 807102.

How to get here
The Kingdom Shopping Centre is located in the town centre of Glenrothes, in the heart of Fife. It has excellent road links from Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth, and is well served by public transport.

Arriving by car?
From Edinburgh:Take the A90 Forth Road Bridge on to the M90 (Perth) and exit at Junction 2A signed A92 Glenrothes. Continue on A92, turning left on to A911 signed Glenrothes and town centre. Approximately 31 miles, 45 minute drive time

From Dundee:Take the A92 Tay Bridge, continue on A92, turning right on to A911 signed Glenrothes and town centre. Approximately 24 miles, 35 minute drive time

Car Parking
With just under 1500 spaces spread around the centre the majority are FREE for three hours. These car parks are 3 hours only.

There are 88 disabled spaces, 32 dedicated parent and child spaces and the multi-storey car park is home to Shopmobility which has its own 10 dedicated spaces.

There is also a selection of Pay and Display spots around the centre, these spaces are £1 for the day.

For those looking for electric vehicle charging points, we have four in the North Street cap park adjacent to the Boots entrance and a further two on the ground level of the multi-storey car park*

*Please note we are working with a new supplier after the previous company went into liquidation, therefore currently our EV stations will be subject to a charge for use.  Please accept our apologies whilst we attempt to rectify this.

Arriving by bus?
Glenrothes Bus Station adjoins the Centre, with direct access for pedestrians through the Postgate entrance. A comprehensive bus service operates, serving Fife and beyond. For full details of routes and timetables, click here.

Taxis are also available at Marchmont Gate and Carrick Gate and from Glenrothes Bus Station.
